Get Started
Download and Install the App. Use your email to register and log in.
Choose a service to report on; pole, light, tree. (you cannot report on all three services simultaneously. Each one needs to be done as a separate report)
Enter the complaint information by selecting the sections. When choosing a pole click the green pole location to select (a selected pole icon will turn red) and click Save. When making a complaint on a tree or light choose the pole closest to or affecting the tree/light.
Use the location icon to re-position the map to find your current location.
You may add more complaint details in the Description.
Add a photo either taking one with your phone's camera or from the gallery. (Entering a pole location or a photo is mandatory. Your report/complaint will not submit if you do not complete one of these fields.
Click Submit.
The complaint status updates automatically but you can check periodically by clicking CHECK STATUS.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency and you need to contact us immediately you can click the emergency icon in the App.
FAQs
How do I use the pole service?
When choosing a pole click the green pole location to select (a selected pole icon will turn red) and click Save.
Can I alternatively enter a pole number?
Yes you can. Instead of clicking the blue search button click in the text field to bring up your phone's keyboard and type in the pole number.
Why am I not able to submit my complaint?
Perhaps you have not entered a pole number or attached a photo. These fields are mandatory. Your report/complaint will not submit if you do not complete one of these fields.
How do I check the status of my complaint?
You can click CHECK STATUS on the home page although this updates automatically.
What
if I don't have WiFi?
You can make complaints even if you are
not connected to WiFi. Simply follow the Get Started steps above.
Your report will be stored offline and be sent as soon as your phone
detects a WiFi connection.
The App stopped working or crashes. What do I do?
